Your Account

One person, one account. You may operate multiple sites under a single account, but accounts are not transferable.
Your Content
You own what you publish. By posting content on My Site Rocks you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver that content to visitors of your site. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.
You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate anyone's privacy, or break applicable laws.
Adult Content
My Site Rocks permits adult content — we're not here to police what consenting adults publish. But this comes with a clear responsibility on your part.
If your site contains adult content, you must mark it as such in your site settings. This triggers the appropriate age-gating and labelling for visitors.
If we find a site containing adult content that hasn't been flagged correctly, we'll either set the adult content flag on your behalf or remove the site from public view — our call, made at our sole discretion. We'll try to notify you when we do this, but we're not obligated to give advance warning.
Content involving minors in any sexual context is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
Things We Won't Host
A few categories are off the table regardless of context:
Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity; content designed to harass, threaten, or harm specific individuals; spam, phishing, or deceptive content; malware, exploits, or anything designed to compromise other people's systems; content that infringes copyright or other IP rights you don't hold.

Our Right to Remove Sites
We reserve the right to suspend, unpublish, or permanently remove any site from My Site Rocks at any time. We aim to use this power thoughtfully — not arbitrarily — but we won't always be able to explain our reasoning, and we're not contractually obligated to restore a removed site.
In practice, we'll act quickly when content is clearly harmful, illegal, or in violation of these terms. For less clear-cut situations, we'll usually try to reach out first. Our goal is a platform that works well for everyone, not to play gotcha with our users.

Pricing & Billing
The Basic plan is free, forever. The Rock Star plan is a paid subscription billed annually. Pricing is displayed clearly at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time — your plan will remain active through the end of the billing period you've paid for, with no pro-rata refunds.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any price change will be communicated before your next renewal date.
Service Availability
We do our best to keep My Site Rocks running reliably, but we don't offer an uptime guarantee. The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions — though we'll always work to resolve issues as quickly as we can.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. If we ever decide to shut the platform down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your content.
Privacy
